How to Make These Banana and Cinnamon Overnight Oats

This overnight oats recipe is so easy to make! First, mash the banana in a small bowl or jar. Then add the oats, oat milk, chia seeds, maple syrup (optional), vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix all of the ingredients together. Then cover it and place it in the fridge overnight.

Take it out in the morning and top it with vanilla coconut yogurt, banana slices, and coconut flakes!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, mashed

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup oat milk

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • vanilla coconut yogurt, for topping

  • banana slices, for topping

  • coconut flakes, for topping

Directions

  • In a jar or bowl, mix together the mashed banana, oats, oat milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  • Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Top with coconut yogurt, banana slices, and coconut flakes.
  • Enjoy!
