Matcha Avocado Mousse

Jump to Recipe

Calling all matcha lovers! This mousse is delicious and only uses four ingredients, so it’s super easy to make.

How to Make Matcha Avocado Mousse

I love this recipe because it is so easy to make! Simply add the avocado, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and matcha powder to a small food processor.

Process until smooth.

Top with some coconut whipped cream or aquafaba whip. I also like to sprinkle mine with more matcha powder. Serve!

I like to use quality matcha for the best flavor. Aiya is the brand I have used in the past and it always comes out great!
