How to Make Homemade Sesame Peanut Dressing

This dressing is incredibly easy to make. Simply whisk all the ingredients together using a fork and pour 1-2 tablespoons over a bed of greens. I like to eat this dressing on a salad with baked tofu, rice, bean sprouts, edamame, green onion, shredded carrots, and sliced radish. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. It will last for about 5 days.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Whisk ingredients together with a fork.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 5 days.

Notes

  • It’s easiest to use a peanut butter that is more liquid than solid in consistency.
  • Shake before use as contents may separate over time.
  • I enjoy this dressing over spring mix with tofu, rice, bean sprouts, edamame, green onion, shredded carrots, and sliced radish.
